Datu Lester Matthew

Lester is the Director of Economic Planning Unit (EPU) Sarawak, a position he has held since January 2023.

He has attended the Senior Executive Fellows Programme at Harvard Kennedy School, Cambridge USA and a graduate of Master of Applied Economics, University of Adelaide Australia.

A dynamic senior executive with more than 20 years’ experience in the State Civil Service in leadership and managerial roles especially planning and development initiatives.

Prior to be in EPU Sarawak, he was the Director of Investment Promotion in Regional Corridor Development Authority (RECODA).
