Dr. Wael Eldesouki Bedda

An Entrepreneurship Expert and ecosystem builder, Dr. Wael Eldesouki Bedda served as the founding director at AAST Entrepreneurship Center, where he had the opportunity to initiate and successfully establish various entrepreneurship activities in the MENA region. These included the establishment of incubators, accelerators, entrepreneurship competitions, conferences, training and education, and other platforms.

Besides building ecosystems, Dr. Bedda have 20 years of experience in the startups and SMEs space. This experience encompasses managing businesses, mentoring founders, and leveraging my knowledge in Entrepreneurial marketing, SME growth strategy, feasibility studies, and sales and distribution.

Furthermore, he has a strong academic background in business and entrepreneurship, holding a BBA and MBA in Marketing from AAST, as well as a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship from Cardiff Met—university in the UK.
