PROFILE

Tan Sri Michael Yeoh is Founding President of the World Digital Chamber and the KSI Strategic Institute for Asia Pacific (KSI), a leading regional think tank. He is also the Founder and Chairman of the ASEAN Economic Club and Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce Malaysia (ICCM).

With over four decades of senior management, corporate board, and strategic advisory experience, Tan Sri Michael serves on the boards of several publicly listed companies and foundations. His extensive boardroom expertise spans diverse industries including banking and finance, private equity and debt ventures, investments, property development, media, healthcare, education, food, and agriculture.

He has represented Malaysia at the highest levels, notably as an Ambassador-ranked member of the ASEAN High-Level Task Force on Connectivity, and has served as a member of the Malaysia Competition Commission, the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (SUHAKAM), and the Advisory Board of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC). He is currently the Vice Chair of the United Nations ESCAP Sustainable Business Network (ESBN).

An author, international speaker, and thought leader, Tan Sri Michael has published several books and delivered keynote addresses at prestigious global forums including the World Economic Forum, the World Policy Conference, the Boao Forum, Asia Society New York, the Institute for Economic Growth India, the Centre for China and Globalization, and the Centre for Strategic and International Studies.

He holds a degree in Economics from Monash University, Australia, and was conferred a Doctorate of Laws (Honoris Causa) by the University of Nottingham, UK. He has also attended executive programs at the Aresty Institute of Executive Education, Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), and currently serves as a Visiting Professor at the Cambodia University of Technology (CAMTECH).
